POINTS TO CONSIDER
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Most services require paperwork and/or a change of clothing. We greatly appreciate your punctuality. If circumstances arise that cause you to be late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. However, in some cases it may be necessary to shorten or reschedule your service.
- A credit card deposit is required for all appointments. We respectfully request a 24 hour cancellation notice for individual services, and a 48 hour notice for packages. A 50% service fee will be charged for all appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance. If booking with a gift certificate, the entire value of the service will be deducted from the gift certificate. Should The Medspa cancel a service, we will do everything possible to reschedule the appointment in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Please leave your valuables at home. Many of our treatments require removal of jewelry. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories.
- Please advise us ahead of time of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, food restrictions, or if you have used Retin-A.
- For your convenience, and to assure the time and day you desire, we suggest you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving.
- Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience.
- Out of courtesy to others, cell phones are not allowed in the office. We have a smoke free environment.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable
- Gratuities are not included in any of our prices and are left at your discretion.
- We highly value your opinion. Please let us know what we may better do to serve you!

RETURN POLICY
The Medspa and the Cosmetic Surgery Center of Maryland will gladly accept the return of all retail products for a store credit or exchange only. All products must be new, unused, and contain the original packaging as well as the receipt dated within 15 days of purchase. No cash refunds.
SERVICES
Packages and series services are non-refundable, however, for medical reasons you may use your credit toward another service. There is no cash refund.
RESERVING APPOINTMENTS & SERVICES
To reserve appointments, a deposit is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We request the courtesy of 24 hour cancellation notification for all medspa appointments, and 48 hour cancellation notification for all medspa packages (3 or more services).
