Coaching is an ongoing relationship which focuses on the client taking action toward the realization of their vision, goals or desires. Coaching is a process of inquiry and personal discovery to build the client’s level of awareness and responsibility. Coaching is not therapy; rather it provides the client with structure and support through interactive feedback. Together with the life coach, you will learn to be more naturally creative and resourceful.
You set the agenda. Whether your desire is to lose weight, reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep or better your relationships, life coaching enables you to easily accomplish these goals. During coaching you will form a designed relationship between you and your coach. You will learn to identify your strengths, overcome your fears, build your self-confidence and improve your communication skills.

Our nationally renowned life coach and behavioral therapist, Jayne M. Love, holds masters degrees in psychology, special education and social work. She is certified in behavioral medicine, trained at Harvard, and for three years was the Director of Behavioral Health at Canyon Ranch. Meetings with Jayne can be held in the comfort of our spa facility in Towson, or in Jayne’s office, located in Baltimore, Maryland.
