What are the health benefits to visiting a medspa?
A medspa visit is a great experience for the mind, body and spirit which will leave you feeling rejuvenated. Spa treatments address your particular skin and body problems, making you look more vibrant and feeling more confident.
There are so many services, how do I know which one to choose?
It is all about personal preference and need. Our team members are here to help you select the right treatment plan for your skin and beauty needs. Please contact us to discuss your best options.
Will I need to undress?
For most services you may either remain in your regular clothing or change into a robes and slippers, which will be provided for your comfort and convenience.
Please leave your valuables at home. Many of our treatments require removal of jewelry. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories.
How early should I arrive for a treatment?
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation to allow yourself ample time to check in, change and relax while enjoying complimentary refreshments. Please note that late arrivals will have treatment times adjusted accordingly to ensure timeliness for next guest and charged for full treatment originally reserved.
Can I bring my child/children?
For safety reasons, and to maintain an environment of relaxation and tranquility, it is not advisable to bring children to The Medspa.
Can I make arrangements for a series of recurring, or standing appointments?
Certainly, just tell us what time works best for you! We are at your service to find the best time in your schedule for booking your regular appointments, whether it be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Should I take any special precautions?
Yes, if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, have recently undergone any surgeries, or are taking medication, please let us know at the time of booking your appointment. Please advise us ahead of time of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, food restrictions, or if you have used Retin-A.
What about gratuities?
Gratuities are not expected for services. Should you wish to tip your treatment staff, you may do so directly or add it to your bill at the end of your spa visit.
How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
The Medspa offers a variety of ways to purchase Gift Certificates. You may pick up a gift certificate, order one by phone or you have the option of purchasing an instant gift certificate, from the main page of this site.
For phone and internet orders you need to provide us with credit card details (we use secure on-line system).
