If you’ve kept in touch, you know about the many and varied events in Baltimore that we sponsored in the first half of 2011. In case you missed anything, let us catch you up on all the excitement:

Baltimore Bride’s Aisle Style 2011. We attended this fabulous wedding event on March 20 at the Hilton Baltimore. Our Beauty Lounge helped educate the area’s brides, their Moms, and their wedding party about the benefits of a beauty procedures from our surgeons and staff at Be Lifestyle Luxury Medspa. Passersby received a complimentary VISIA skin analysis and hand microdermabrasion between sips and nibbles. See our photo gallery.

Junior League of Baltimore Girls Night Out. This event was held on March 25. While  guests ate, drank, and made merry (by shopping for designer fashions, footwear, and accessories from local boutiques), we set about giving out more VISIA skin analysis and presenting tricks and tips to help the “girls” look even younger! A percentage of all proceeds were donated to the Junior League of Baltimore.

Curve Appeal: A Fashion & Beauty Event. At this charity event on April 14, we helped women learn the best ways to flatter their figure. Everyone enjoyed a fashion show, received expert advice on styles, and learned great beauty solutions from our nationally acclaimed plastic surgeons. 10% of all sales were donated to Living in Pink, a charity for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. We sponsored this wonderful event with Bethesda Magazine and Sylene. See our photo gallery.

Steps to the Cure. This event, held on April 16th, was established by our own Dr. Larry Lickstein. Although it was a black tie affair, guests were encouraged to wear creative footwear. Breast cancer survivors claimed the catwalk, showcasing fashions created for them by notable professional designers and hand-selected designers from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Congratulations, Dr. Lickstein, on another beautiful, successful event!

Chesapeake Professional Women’s Network Girls Night Out. The Cosmetic Surgery Center of Maryland combined with Be Lifestyle Medspa on May 10 to sponsor an evening for 100 women. We provided such complimentary services as VISIA skin analysis and makeup demonstrations. In addition, our staff was on hand to answer questions and provide beauty tips.

Patient Appreciation Day. We held an outdoor event on June 3 to say “Thanks!” to all our patients past, present, and future. There was food and drink, the St. Veronica’s Youth Steel Orchestra played, and everyone had a chance to mingle with our doctors, staff, as well as other patients. Beyond Botox. On June 9, Dr. Larry Lickstein, our nationally acclaimed board certified plastic surgeon and facial surgery specialist, hosted a conversation about how to achieve long-lasting and natural-looking facial rejuvenation. A crowd came out to our Towson office to discover ways to look great and feel amazing.
